A couple of weeks ago I ordered a Spirulina product from the Panexim e-shop.
However instead of the three bottles of Spirulina capsules, which I had ordered, I received three jars of Spirulina powder. I sent an e-mail about the problem.
Within a few minutes I got an e-mail response from the costumer service of Panexim, apologizing for the mistake and telling me they will replace the product immediately, FREE OF CHARGE, and will also send me a refund for the difference in price.

I am truly amazed how fast PANEXIM responded and settled the problem with the wrong product shipment, the immediate replacement and refund I received for the wrong product.
This is profound to see in the international transaction and especially on the online business.

I am a physiotherapist practicing in Greece.

About two years ago I bought a “Technos” model Water Ionizer from PANEXIM.
I installed it easily in my office and have enjoyed drinking clean healthy alkaline water ever since. I often treat my patients with a glass of water from my ionizer, who may get thirsty during therapy. They are remarking how soft and tasty the water is.

Recently, I had replaced the filter of the unit since I had drawn more than 10,000-liters through the ionizer. I thought, as usually, in ordering replacement parts, I was going to be hammered with a high price for the filter. I was expecting the worst but I had no choice but replace the filter.
